1Account eligibility and registration

• To take part in SRC events you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete profile information.
• You are entirely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You must link a valid simulation game identifier you own (e.g. a Steam ID) to take part on our servers.

2Platform rules and account termination

• SRC runs automated competitive matchmaking and stewarding. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account and ban your game identifiers from our servers at any time, without prior notice, if you breach our community guidelines, cheat, exploit bugs, or engage in toxic behaviour.
• Accounts found manipulating the rating systems (SRC Rating or Safety Rating) through intentional throwing, boosting or multi-accounting will be permanently banned.

3Disclaimer of warranties and technical outages

• The website, racing databases and automated server integrations are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for race disconnects, server crashes, loss of telemetry data, result-file parsing errors, or unintended changes to your SRC Rating or Safety Rating caused by technical anomalies.

4Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Sim Racing Club, its administrators and its volunteer stewards shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your participation in the league — including, without limitation, hardware failure, data corruption, or frustration resulting from racing decisions or platform rankings.

5Intellectual property

All custom software, website code, algorithms (including the SRC Rating and Safety Rating calculations), graphics, logos and UI designs on the site are the property of SRC and may not be reproduced, copied or reverse-engineered without express written consent.
